Roumanian Bagels = COVRIGI

The unbelievable name of "COVRIGI"!
Oh, the smell and the crunchiness!...and the crisp! when they are hot from the oven...
(...I should stop! - but I didn't eat Covrigi from 7 years!)
I find myself, somehow, not being able to translate it in English, and also keep the whole meaning of this wonder; not even close to the Bagels from here...but lets say: Romanian Bagels!
I found the recipe here, on Sunday. Thank you so much Edith, for this one! - today is the third time I made it! A complete success! nothing left on plate!
